Three Formats, One Straightforward Method
Whether you need a single session to sort your own records or a year of support as a family caregiver, each Quietharbor programme follows the same structured, unhurried approach.

How Every Quietharbor Session Works
Each programme shares a core approach: a fixed sequence of document categories, time built in for participant questions, and tangible materials produced during — not after — the session. The organizational scope is consistent across all formats; the depth and duration change.
Fixed Sequence
Categories covered in a set order so nothing is missed and progress is clear.
Question Time
Each category includes space for participant questions about their own household.
In-Session Output
Folders labeled and checklists completed during the session, not as homework.
Organizational Only
No financial, legal, or medical content — a clear boundary maintained in all sessions.
Programme 01
Household Records Walkthrough
Single session · approx. 3 hours · RM 490
A structured walkthrough of the household records typically kept in Malaysia: identity documents, employment records, EPF and tax statements, insurance correspondence, household bills, and family directories. Participants follow the team through each category in turn, building a personal checklist and labeling a starter folder provided in the session.
The walkthrough is organizational; it does not advise on the content of any document. Content is adjusted for early-career, mid-career, and pre-retirement audiences.
- Covers all major Malaysian household document categories
- Starter folder and labeling system built during session
- Personal checklist completed before you leave
- Maximum twelve participants per workshop
- Suitable for adults at any career stage

Programme 02
Caregiver Information Series
Three workshops · spread over 3–6 weeks · RM 1,260
A short series of three workshops designed for adult children supporting elderly parents through retirement and the transitions that follow. Topics include organizing shared records, holding family conversations across generations, and preparing a personal directory of contacts for use during a household event.
The series is educational and offers structured frameworks for family conversation rather than advice on personal circumstances. Partners and siblings may attend together with a single seat. A workbook is provided at the first session and used through all three meetings.
- Three structured workshops covering caregiver-specific needs
- Workbook provided and used across all three sessions
- Partners and siblings welcome on one seat
- Family conversation frameworks, not personal advice
- Suitable for any phase of family caregiving
